President Guelleh opens the way to resume talks between Somalia and Somaliland

The Head of State, His Excellency Ismail Omar Guelleh, through the provision of a discussion and mediation platform, opened the way for the resumption of talks between the Federal Republic of Somalia and Somaliland.
