Upholding, protecting and preserving the constitution of the Republic of somaliland and taking an oath for that is what the president of somaliland has undertaken and has to be accountable for it, and he is right on that, therefore where is the problem here?!

The problem is, the two opposition parties don’t see their interest in following the constitution. They are scared from the new Political organizations, therefore they created and caused all these un necessary squabbling and indeed some confrontations.

Does the president adheres on this on the script, on the spirit and the laws of the land, or does he transcends and breaks his oath to the constitution?

The answer to this is emphatic YES, he follows the constitution. He sticks on The constitution, then what is the political problems in this, and what the some times violent two political parties want?

All we see now is an attempt to tribllize the constitutional matter because the two political parties believe the constitution and the laws of the land is not in their favour! Some people question if a foreign hand is play!

This is an unpatriotic and unwise choice which created all the squabbling and at times confrontations.

Their choice only creates destabilization and societal upheaval. This ‘ only my way, and only my interest’ undertaking will create a fertile soil for our foreign enemies to fish.

This ought to stop.

Let us sit back and take a deep breath then call  our sanity back.

” Xeer jajab” is not the right way to practice. It is destructive in the long term.The right way to adhere is following the constitution and the laws of the land and practice properly.
