When we talk The access of Justice in society it’s wide subject which is Recognized as One of The International Human Rights standard, The Access of Justice is regarding so many rights Such As Access To legal Aid, Access To Legal Awareness and Access Of political rights and so Many, There’s The Differentiation between the Countries, regards  rights which Recognized as International Access of Justice.

The developed Countries recognized so Many rights as a parts of Access to Justice, But The Majority of Less Developed Countries are recognized some of rights as a International Access of Justice Such, Access to Legal Aid and Access to Legal Awareness.

The Access to Legal Aid in Somaliland  Is Available, And Its One of the main responsibilities Of Government which the constitution is deemed to be Un necessary. There’s some of free legal Aids such The SOLLA Legal Aid, University Of Hargeisa Legal Aid Clinic, which Delivery service to hair Free charge Lawyers, and There’s also Circumstances Which the Court don’t Going On the case , Unless to hair Lawyers for it’s Own To defend The Accused Persons, Also there’s the Independent Lawyers Association which the Individuals hairs.

The second Fundamental right of Access To Justice is Access to Legal Awareness, and it’s Main Issue which helps the Individuals to know their rights and Duties Nationally and Internationally, To know what the acts which the law is prohibited by the people,  To know the standard of their basic Rights which the Government Covered, To know the Intervention of Individual rights towards Public Officers and, such freedom Of Expression and Opinion, freedom to participate Political rights and Other.

The Access of Legal Awareness is highly related the development of Society by  Economically, Politically and it’s Peace, such the reduction of Social crimes which affected and harmed the Social Peace, The Economical Development such Investment which highly Improved The growth Of Economical Development of Society, and Political Development such the Improving Better political condition of Country and highly relationship between the Neighboring Countries and to The world.

Government is responsible the access of Society regarding Legal Awareness, such the creation Of public Policy towards Legal Awareness, Creation Commission of Legal Awareness which Facilitating Trainings . The International NGOs and Organizations which the Somaliland  Law Considered as legal Person or give Legal Entities, must Participate in their said.

The society it self Must participate the Improving of Access Legal Awareness, such the Creation Of Domicile NGOS, The Under graduate and Post graduate Students Must Invest their Time, Knowledge or Mind to Improve The Above Subject and others Such the Traders, rich’s and Owners to invest their money to their Society.

Finally As we as know, The found of society which regulating and Obeying the  Law, is the main road which the Society Achieved all of their Goals, Such The Development of Society, Economically, Politically, Peace And etc
