“Marxoom kaan Qaldaan” Suleiman Gaal led Guurti declared; Ibrahim M Mead

Introduction

“The victim, the survival of the government led coup was wrong after all” Suleiman Gaal led Guurti concluded!

The Sulieman Gaal led Guurti superficially band aided what has happened in the House of Representatives of Somaliland with some temporary solutions of the man made crises there. The solution was “Marxoom Qaldaan”! That was not the right solution at all.

1- The truth was that the Guurti themselves were in some aspects part of the problem

2- The executive initiated and fueled the said crises as to kill the time elections could have otherwise been held so that they can stay notwithstanding!!!

3- The government attempted a coup against the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

4- Innocent demonstrators were killed by the government forces called “RRU”

5-The speaker of the Parliament has his share in this predicament while he was the victim of all these at the same time.

6- Suleiman Gaal’s Guurti played the role of a surrogate and not the role of an impartial entity seeking justice and enduring solutions.

7-The speaker of the House chose his chairmanship over the future of his party.

8-He chose his present position over the conscience of the people!

It must be noted however that standing up for justice does not mean take a gun. No; that is what the people do not want. You can stand up for justice and for good governance with out taking a gun and with out using ‘RRU’ terror force.

How to manage crises in the right way

Crises sometimes stem from unforeseen events, and in retrospect some could have been predicted. Crises represent a test of leadership skills and sound and impartial judgment. Absent of that makes solving or handling a given crises despondent. And those mentioned virtues were absent in solving the government created crises in the house of representatives of Somaliland!

Superficial band aiding solutions the Sulieman Gaal led “Guurti” will not solve the alleged travesty of justice every body is talking about these days in Somaliland.

Haughtiness, dishonesty and ignorance will not solve any thing. It will only fuel the fire

Allegedly, the executive branch was involved the instigation and fueling of the problem in question and even worse the “Guurti”led by Suleiman Gaal was not only partial to this issue but they act as surrogates of the executive branch

The administration of justice is the unyielding support of government but the government arrogantly stood on the opposite end of this spectrum.

No justice, no peace and no peace means no government so we all have to be carful here

‘Prevention is better than cure’ the saying goes. In recent instigation and fueling of the issue in the parliament is neither the prevention nor the cure All kinds of problems stem out from injustice The “Guurti” missed all and of course they missed the cure; cure being administering justice, and that did not happen.

Siding with the perpetrator or perpetrators is like siding injustice and that is what the Suleiman Gaal’s Guurt did in solving the government instigated crises in the House of Representatives of Somaliland

There are steps that should be executed in order to properly manage crisis at hand in the right way.
First: the entity dealing given crisis should be impartial, honest, prompt, and they must address the public immediately. Spur-of-the-moment is not the answer. Hysterical and haphazard in handling a given issue is off line and may produce an opposite effect!

Second: that entity in question should maintain honesty because the public is more willing to forgive an honest mistake than a calculated partiality, lies or deception! The number one asset is trust. Trust is based on full transparency and impartiality
Third: Here the government of Somaliland turned the wheels of their talking points and attacks. Surrogates vented their poisonous propaganda in the government run Radio and televisions that is not a way to remedy a problem. That is not a way to lead either!

Conclusion:
Lack of fair, truthful and balanced solution will only fuel anxiety rather than defuses the very people the government seeks to calm them down. The people must not be demeaned and demagogue and put in prison when people complain of injustice and voiced out their concern. The people feel that they are demeaned and demagogued and run over.

In this recent superficial band aiding solution the Sulieman Gaal led “Guurti” concluded simply favored the government which people accused them as the perpetrators of all the problems in the house of Representatives and else where in the county; most of the times!

The remedy of the malady is not in Suleiman Gaal’s Guurti. The real remedy is in a fair and unfettered election that takes place on its time. Extension means illegitimacy and that is not acceptable to the people of Somaliland as well as the international community.

However peace and prayers
